    Biography

    Ms. Las teaches Public Communication in Planning at Clark University and is currently the Principal Planner and Economic Development Coordinator for the Town of Shrewsbury, MA.  Kristen works collaboratively with all Town Departments, property owners, and landowners on all aspects of development.  She frequently gives presentations regarding land use and zoning to Town Boards, stakeholders and residents.  Kristen is also the Secretary to the Massachusetts Chapter of the American Planning Association.  Prior to joining the Town of Shrewsbury, Kristen was a Senior Planner with the land planning and civil engineering firm, Beals and Thomas, Inc. in Southborough, MA. 

    Kristen received a B.S. in Geography from the Pennsylvania State University and a M.A. in Community Development and Planning from Clark University.
