Clark University Legacy Society

Because of the tremendous growth of these enduring gifts during the past decade, the Board of Trustees sought an appropriate way to recognize these significant donors and in 1995 established the Legacy Society. There are now 254 members in the Legacy Society and the number continues to grow. They represent virtually every one of Clark's constituencies -- alumni, trustees, friends, faculty, and staff.

The impact of this legacy can be seen in Clark's people -- talented and dedicated faculty, students who are bright and committed to learning and service, and alumni who reflect these values in their lives and work. Although charitable gifts have been made to Clark through a variety of means, Clark's most significant support over the years has come from those who included the University in their total estate plans. By creating a personal legacy, they have also created a lasting legacy for Clark.

Benefits include a set of slate coasters, annual luncheons, educational seminars; Clark's planned giving newsletter, Your Clark Legacy; and a professional staff well versed in the various aspects of making charitable gifts.

You can learn more about making a bequest to Clark on-line or contact our Staff in the Office of Planned Giving.
