From the East and West (Boston, Hartford and New York): Massachusetts Turnpike I-90. Take Exit 10 to I-290 East toward Worcester. Take Exit 11 (College Square/Southbridge Street) off I-290. Continue straight ahead on Southbridge Street to the second stop light and take a sharp left onto Cambridge Street. At the third light – a few miles – turn right onto Main Street at Webster Square. At the second light, turn left onto Downing Street. The Kneller Athletic Center is the third building on the left on Downing Street.

From the North: Rt. 495 to I-495 South to I-290 West, Exit 25B. From I-290 West take Exit 11 (College Square, Southbridge Street). Bear left coming off the ramp onto Southbridge Street. Continue straight ahead on Southbridge Street to the second stop light and take a sharp left onto Cambridge Street. At the third light – a few miles – turn right onto Main Street at Webster Square. At the second light, turn left onto Downing Street. The Kneller Athletic Center is the third building on the left on Downing Street.

From the Southeast I-495 North to Massachusetts Turnpike I-90. Take Exit 10 to I-290 East toward Worcester. Take Exit 11 (College Square/Southbridge Street) off I-290. Continue straight ahead on Southbridge Street to the second stop light and take a sharp left onto Cambridge Street. At the third light – a few miles – turn right onto Main Street at Webster Square. From Rhode Island Take Route 146 North to Exit 12 (122A North - McKeon Road/Vernon Hill). At the lights take a left onto Millbury Street. At the first traffic light, take a left and then proceed through two sets of lights onto McKeon Road. Follow McKeon Road to the end and take a left onto Cambridge Street. After the traffic light at the corner of Cambridge and Southbridge Streets go one mile to the end of Cambridge Street. Take a sharp right onto Main Street . Go to the second traffic light at Downing Street. Take a left onto Downing Street. The Kneller Athletic Center is the third building on the left.

Rte. 495 to Interstate 290 West to Exit 22N (Shrewsbury). At the end of the ramp turn right and go approximately ½ mile to the first set of lights. Turn left onto Plantation Street and go under the highway and past Fallon Medical Center (on the left). Turn left onto National History Road and go Ύ mile. Lake Quinsigamond State Park is on your left (across from U Mass Medical Center).

From the West:
Mass Pike East to Interstate 290 East to Exit 21 (Plantation Street). At the end of the ramp turn right and go past Fallon Medical Center (on the left). Turn left onto National History Road and go Ύ mile. Lake Quinsigamond State Park is on your left (across from UMass Medical Center).

Directions to Cross Country Course

From the West: Take 290 East to Exit 23 B (West Boylston). Come off the exit and bear left onto 140 North. Follow 140 N to the light, and take a left on to 70 South (toward Worcester). At the sign for Town Hall/Police Station, take a right. Follow the road to the parking lot.
