Entering his seventh season on the Clark University women’s soccer sideline, Brady has led the team to three straight NEWMAC Tournament berths – including semifinal appearances in 2004 and 2005 - and guided the Cougars to the 2005 ECAC Championship game for the first time in program history. The 2005 squad finished the season at 12-8-1. Additionally, Brady transformed Clark’s 2002 3-14 record into a winning 9-8-1 mark in 2004 – a record best since 2000.

Brady has 10 years of coaching experience and holds a 106-96-8 career record. Brady spent five years as the head women’s soccer coach at Anna Maria College, where he was a four-year goalkeeper and team captain for the AMCATS. His coaching prowess led the AMCATS to three Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) finals and a 67-31-5 overall record, establishing the team as one of the top programs in the league and New England region. Brady received conference coach-of-the-year honors after leading the team to a school-record 17 wins and the CCC Championship in 1997.

Brady’s credentials include a National Coaching Diploma from the NSCAA, and a U.S.S.F “C” license. He was a goalkeeper coach for the Massachusetts State Team and has directed a number of area soccer camps, including the Worcester Youth Soccer Association goalkeeper clinic, Clark’s Soccer Excellence clinics – a goalkeeper session and weeklong training for high school and youth/club teams. Currently, Brady coaches the Girls U16 team, Inter S.C. team and continues to work local soccer camps throughout the summer.

In addition to coaching soccer, Brady serves as the Intramural Director. He resides in Worcester, MA with his wife Melissa and newborn Keira.
