Tuition Refund Plan (tuition insurance)

We understand it is difficult to imagine a situation requiring your student taking a medical leave. The reality is medical leaves do happen and families have benefitted by having this coverage. This plan significantly extends and enhances the college's published refund policy and provides for up to a 100% refund of tuition, room, and board throughout the entire semester should a student withdraw from classes for medical reasons. Get more information or to enroll in the plan.

Please understand, this is the only way to receive a refund beyond the University refund policy. The University's refund policy can be found on the last page of your bill or online here.

Paying a Different Amount?

The amount you pay may be different than the total amount due as shown on the bill. This can happen if you will be waiving health insurance, setting up a TMS plan, changing a meal plan, or adding money to the cash card. If you pay a different amount, please use this Excel worksheet when submitting your payment. This will allow us to properly apply your payment to the student's account.
