The history department offers a major, minor and electives for undergraduates, an accelerated B.A./M.A. fifth-year free option for qualified Clark undergraduates, and a Ph.D. program.

Honor Society: Phi Alpha Theta

The History Department sponsors a chapter of Phi Alpha Theta, the national history honors society, and membership is offered to our best majors and minors who are inducted at a special ceremony held in the Spring semester.

The Clark Chapter of Phi Alpha Theta sponsors a number of activities including a department newsletter, movies, and field trips. To learn more about Phi Alpha Theta, visit the national organization's website at http://www.phialphatheta.org
