Career Development

The IDCE Career Development Office partners with students to plan and prepare for post-graduate employment, beginning first year. The Office provides advising and resources to assist students in identifying professional interests and goals and to obtain fulfilling fieldwork and internship experiences that lead to post-graduate employment. Together with their career adviser, students' develop an action plan aligned with their goals, build a professional network and learn to effectively communicate their skills and experience to potential employers.
