Checking Your Application Status

Applicants can view the status of their application and which credentials have been processed by our office 24 hours a day through our online application system. Please take advantage of the self-monitored online application system by logging into your Apply Yourself account often. This is the fastest way to learn about your application status.

Once you have submitted your online application you will receive an email from our office indicating which credentials we have received and which credentials you still need to submit (for example - application fee, resume, personal statement/essay, official transcripts, official GMAT/GRE score report, official TOEFL/IELTS score report, and 2 letter(s) of recommendation). You can continue to check the status of your application by logging into your Apply Yourself account.

We will email you once we have processed all of your required credentials and your application is complete.


If you have sent application materials to our office by mail, we have most likely received your package but have not processed your documents yet. We receive many application materials and ask for your patience as we process them into our online system. Please refrain from contacting us and asking about your current status. Please continue to monitor the receipt of your credentials through the online Apply Yourself system over the coming weeks to ensure they have been received. We would rather take the time to process your credentials quickly, instead of taking time to reply to your inquiries.

Application Fee

If you still need to pay your application fee, click on the link that says "Application for Admission". Here you will be able to pay the application fee online. Once you click the Pay Now button and are routed to the PayPal page, you will be prompted to provide your credit card details. You do not have to have an account with PayPal to submit your payment. Simply provide your (or another's) credit card details, and be sure that the name and billing address match those of the cardholder. If you are having someone else pay your fee, please make sure to include the applicant's email address to help us verify your payment.

If you are still having problems paying your fee after following these instructions above, we advise you to send a bank draft, personal check, or money order to: Clark University Graduate School of Management.

Admissions Decision

When your admission decision is available we will email you to let you know. You will be able to view your decision letter by logging into your Apply Yourself account. At the bottom of the screen you will find a link under decision status which says "Your Application Decision is Now Available Online". By clicking this link, you will be able to view your admission decision letter. Please note that scholarship and assistantship awards are made at the time of acceptance only, and students will be notified in their decision letter if an award has been granted. No additional application is required. If no scholarship or assistantship is indicated in your decision letter, you have not been awarded one. Competitive candidates typically have excellent standardized test scores, outstanding undergraduate performance, and a record of successful professional experience.
