The ITS Help Desk utilizes, a web based, request service that members of the Clark community can access and track with their Clark Account. At any time of the day, as long as they have Internet access, faculty, staff, and students can check on the status of current requests, previously resolved requests, and can open new requests via this service: ITS Web Help Desk

  • What would I find on the ITS Web Help Desk?
    • Open a web browser and navigate to and log in using your Clark Account credentials. Once verified, you will be able to see Messages, submit a new Help Request, view your request History, and your personal Profile.

  • What benefits are there for using ITS Web Help Desk?
      • Requests can be submitted or checked on, any time, 24/7, even when the ITS Help Desk is closed.
      • A quick way to check Messages about service interruptions/outages.
      • You can view your request History to check on previously submitted requests.
      • Ability to upload file attachments to assist ITS in resolving your request.
      • Faculty and staff can view their respective Clark owned assets that ITS has inventoried.
  • Who can use the ITS Web Help Desk?
    • The ITS Web Help Desk can be accessed with Clark Account information from current faculty, staff, and students of Clark University.
