- Women - Entering final year of study and training / awaiting admission to one-year program - US Citizen / Resident

Description
Open to women in professional degree programs (degree candidates) who have achieved high standards of academic excellence and show promise of distinction in their respective fields. The program had been created to support women in professional degree programs in fields where female participation had traditionally been low.

Award
The Selected Professions Fellowship stipends range from $5,000 to $12,000, and are awarded in two equal payments. These stipends fund academic expenses such as tuition, fees, books, supplies, and local transportation.
