Hazcom Training and Quizzes

In order to provide training on Hazardous Communication, we use OSHA's free online training site.  There is a training module and a quiz that you must take.  Please read the instructions given below before following the link to the online training.

Follow the link to the training at the bottom of the page (but read these directions first).

You will use the buttons to begin the training for each individual section.

Navigation through the training:

Use the arrows at the top of each page to navigate backwards or forwards through the training module.

Quick Checks:

Answer the questions presented on the quick check pages to better prepare yourself for the quiz. Click the correct answer and then click the sound icon at the top of the page to find out if you're right!

 

Use the Continue button to continue on with the training in that section.

Take the Quiz

Once you've finished the training, for all of the sections, use the button on the main navigation page to take the quiz.

To take the quiz and have your results sent to the Office of Environmental Health and Safety, you must fill in the information at the top of the quiz page.  Use these guidelines to help you:

First Name and Last Name: enter your own first and last names.
Trainee SSN or Employee No: you can just enter your Clark University email address here.
Your score will be mailed to:  enter the email address for the Chemical Safety Officer, fabell@clarku.edu
