Current Blackstone Hall Residents will have the opportunity to remain in their current suite for the upcoming year by participating in the Same Room Sign Up process.  Unlike the Main Street houses, Blackstone Hall contracts do not include the summer months.  Students who wish to move in early or remain in their current Blackstone Hall apartment over the summer will need to apply for Summer Housing and will be billed at the standard Summer Housing Rate ($18 single / $16 double per day, $1600 single / $1400 double for the full summer).  For more details about summer housing visit the Summer Housing Information page.

There are both single and double spaces located in Blackstone Hall.  Graduate students who select this option will need to completely fill their apartment with other students.  See the Housing Lottery or Same Room Sign Up pages for more details:

  • As a courtesy, there is no additional cost to reside in Graduate Housing in a Main Street House during the summer leading into the academic year for which you have signed a housing contract. This allows graduate students a chance to acclimate to the Worcester Area before taking on the rigors of their academic pursuit.  Students who elect to move into their housing assignment early and receive a room key to their assignment are financially responsible for the full semester charge, even if you subsequently withdraw from Clark University.  There is no option to remain in University Housing after your contract has ended.

  • If you receive a monthly stipend during the semester, you may be able to have your semester rent paid via a "stipend-deduction".  This may be requested in person, through your student account counselor.  The Accounting Office is located at 20 Downing Street, on the 2nd floor.
