Remote Desktop Connection

What is RDC?

Remote Desktop enables you to connect to your computer across the Internet from virtually any computer. Once connected, Remote Desktop gives you mouse and keyboard control over your computer while showing you everything that's happening on the screen. With Remote Desktop, you can leave your computer at the office without losing access to your files, applications, and e-mail.

In order to RDC into your Clark computer from outside the Clark network, you must first VPN into Clark. VPN (virtual private network) creates a secure "tunnel" from your home computer via the Internet into the Clark network. Once this is accomplished, you will then be able to RDC into your Clark office computer.
