PowerPoint Templates
University Communications has partnered with Information Technology Services to create a small selection of PowerPoint templates in order to make it easier for you to represent the Clark brand accurately and effectively when presenting.
The thumbnails below show each of the available templates. The logo and images are placed as backgrounds. Text and placeholders can be edited to suit your individual needs just as you would edit any of the stock design templates in PowerPoint itself. We suggest the fonts and colors that are already included however as they provide a nice contrast to the backgrounds.
Click the thumbnail to download the template you like. When prompted to open the file or save it to disk select save. Save the file to your My Documents folder or other folder of your choosing. Then follow the directions below to use the template in a new presentation.
- Open PowerPoint.
- On the File menu, click New.
- In the New Presentation task pane, under New, click From existing presentation, select the presentation you have just downloaded, and then click Create New. (This preserves the template as it is so that you may use it again.)
- On the File menu, click Save As.
- In the File name box, type a name for your presenation - click Save.
- Add your content to the presenation and save it. You now have a presentation built on the University Communications templates.
