The University of Sussex
The University operates on a three 10-week term system. Students must attend the University of Sussex for an entire year. The academic year runs from October to June.
A full load at Sussex in the arts and social sciences consists of 2 courses per Sussex term (40 credits). In the Sciences, a student may need to take more courses. A full load for a year results in 120 credits.
The American Studies program at Sussex has an excellent reputation. Additional key strengths include: dentistry, computer science, law, economics, engineering, psychology and the pure sciences.
