Prague/Terezín/Auschwitz Program

"From Prague to Terezín to Auschwitz: Czech Jewry and the Holocaust"

The Clark Prague-Terezín Program is an intensive three-week course about one of the unique sites of the Holocaust. Through study, visits to historic places and museums, and meetings with survivors and experts, students are exposed to the historic Czech-Jewish experience and the inner workings of the Nazis' "model camp" situated in the fortress town of Theresienstadt (Terezín).

The course is open to all current Clark students regardless of major and carries HP (history perspective) designation. Students who complete the course will receive one course credit (one full Clark unit).

The course, comprised of four segments, begins with an introduction at the Clark campus, then continues to Prague, Terezín, and Poland.
