Students using technology at Clark

Welcome to ITS

New Remote Access Capability - the VPN is Here!

ITS has introduced a VPN (Virtual Private Network) that allows members of the Clark community to securely access Clark University network resources from off campus as if they were on the campus.

New and Improved ITS Web Site

We asked you what we can do to improve the accessibility and ease of use of our website and are pleased to announce that the feedback you gave us has been incorporated into a redesigned ITS web site. What's so new about it?

Online Microsoft Training

We now make online tutorials available for Windows XP and Office 2003 and will add more as they become available to us.

Updated Fuller Multimedia Lab

We replaced the computers in the Fuller Multimedia Lab on the third floor of the Traina Center and ITS is now providing proctoring and support to extend the hours of the lab, making it a great resource for all Clark faculty, staff, and students. The Fuller Multimedia Lab consists of twelve OS X Mac Minis with 22" widescreen monitors and a variety of Adobe & Apple software enabling multimedia content creation.

JC101 Software Upgrades

In preparation for supporting Windows Vista, Mac OS 10.5, Office 2007 and Office 2008 in the 2008-09 academic year, ITS will be upgrading the computers in JC101 to run the latest Microsoft and Apple operating systems and Office products.

For tips working with the new Microsoft Office file types, check out our compatibility guide.

Student cMail Feature Enhancement

There is now the inclusion of a "Private Computer" login for our students who use cMail. This allows students to stay logged into cMail for up to twenty-four hours without being prompted to login again. The extended login option remains in effect until that web browser window is closed or the twenty-four hour window has expired; whichever comes first. Available now on the cMail login page.
