Professor Gallo has 20 years of university teaching experience at both the graduate and undergraduate levels and spent 4.5 years as Associate Dean in the School of Management at Clark University. In addition to teaching, Professor Gallo has the role of faculty mentor for teaching and classroom management. Her research has focused on the impacts of regulation and deregulation on competition in the financial services industry.
