Resources -- Domestic Violence Agencies Below are some resources that you may find useful for helping you or your male family member/friend find help for domestic violence victimization. Not all agencies will help, but they should at least be able to provide you a referral for an agency that can and will try to help. If you are ever treated disrespectfully by a domestic violence agency, we strongly urge you to contact your state and federal senators and representatives. Be as assertive as possible, and let them know what you experienced. (Note: We have not personally called each of these agencies to make sure that they are friendly to men, but based on their webpages, we think they are worth a try. If you find that a service was helpful or not helpful, feel free to let us know.)
