RNA AGAROSE GEL (for 50 mL)
0.7g agarose
38 mL DEPC water
5 mL 10XMOPS
heat to boiling and when you can pick it up add 8.9 mL formaldehyde.
Sample prep:
14.5 uL of sample buffer (buffer: 5 uL 10XMOPS, 17.5 uL formaldehyde, 50 uL
formamide)
1 uL ethidium bromide
take to 20 uL with RNA and water (4.5 uL maximum of RNA)
