Here we have rewritten published papers in order to use the primary scientific literature format in the classroom. The documents available for download in PDF format can be read critically as a classroom exercise in order to foster scientific literacy and model the process of formal inquiry. A glossary of terms and techniques is included with each lesson, although we suggest that the instructor review all materials before use in order to tailor the lesson to the appropriate level and context.
