PEI-DNA polyplexes

We have synthesized a series of PEG-functionalized PEIs and, in collaboration with the Bellin lab at Holy Cross college, have tested their efficacy as non-viral transfection agents. Below are two examples of successful transfection of the gene for red fluorescent protein in Cos7 and 3T3 cells.
